Job Description:
HR Nigeria limited is a leading consulting actuarial company providing advice to top employers and insurance firms in Africa Nigeria, Ghana and Sierra Leone. They are looking for a creative and hard-working Actuary personnel to join their team. They need someone who is well motivated and has a good eye for detail, juggle multiple tasks, and understands work deadlines.
Responsibilities:
• He will be Responsible for providing actuarial consulting services, senior analytical support to a large range of customers.
• He will Anticipate client issues and needs or concerns and pro actively develop solutions to meet those needs.
• He Initiates or participates in fresh business development opportunities within the firms practice and then Manages client relationships.
• He Connects with people fast in an outgoing and friendly manner. Then Effectively communicates with them to gain their interest and involvement of others in the work processes.
• He Makes and/or assists in effective oral presentations to customers or prospects as part of a team or as an individual.
• He Supervises, mentors and coaches the new staff.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• A University degree in Mathematics or Actuarial science is required.
• He should have Completion or near completion of Fellowship Status with internationally recognized actuarial Institute.
• He should have five to ten years of progressive experience in a consulting environment as required.
• He must have Excellent client relationship skills. An interest in and aptitude for business and development.
• He must have Superior communication skills in both written and oral aspects.
• He Must be a highly motivated, customer service and team oriented individual.
• He is Detailed and result oriented; able to balance multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines;
• He should have Strong interpersonal skill and a positive attitude combined with a great willingness to contribute to the success of the firm.
